REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

REFUNDS

UNFORTUNATELY Not Orrdinary Apparel does not offer refunds at the moment. However, we offer store credit upon request. 

RETURNS

WE HAVE A 3-DAY RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY (upon receiving the item). AFTER 3 DAYS (upon receiving the item) HAVE GONE BY SINCE DELIVERY DATE, UNFORTUNATELY, WE CAN’T OFFER YOU AN EXCHANGE.

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR AN EXCHANGE, YOUR ITEM MUST BE UNUSED, UNWASHED, AND IN THE SAME CONDITION THAT YOU RECEIVED IT.

ONCE YOUR RETURN IS RECEIVED AND INSPECTED, WE WILL SEND YOU AN EMAIL TO NOTIFY YOU THAT WE HAVE RECEIVED YOUR RETURNED ITEM.

IF WE DETERMINE THAT ANY ITEM/S ARE NOT IN ORIGINAL CONDITION, YOUR EXCHANGE WILL NOT BE GRANTED AND THE ITEM/S WILL BE RETURNED TO YOU. IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS, PLEASE EMAIL

SHIPPING

THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING SHIPPING COSTS. ONCE AN ORDER IS PLACED, A CONFIRMATION EMAIL WILL BE SENT TO THE CUSTOMER. AVERAGE SHIPPING TAKES 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS. WE TYPICALLY DO NOT SHIP ON WEEKENDS OR HOLIDAYS.

NOT ORRDINARY APPAREL IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ITEMS LOST OR STOLEN IN TRANSIT. ALL RISKS ASSOCIATED ARE ASSUMED BY THE SHIPPING COURIER.

 FOR ITEMS LOST OR STOLEN YOU MUST CONTACT THE SHIPPING COURIER. WE TYPICALLY SHIP THROUGH THE UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE (USPS).
